This year marks the sixth year of the collaboration between Nakamura Chaho and KOWARI.

Chef Kuwari, a chocolatier working in Matsue City under the name "KOWARI," carefully selects ingredients and values bringing out their best qualities, all while steadfastly upholding the traditions of French confectionery. We have deep trust in his commitment to creating original confections by incorporating new influences without wavering from his fundamental principles.

Through ongoing dialogue, carefully considering each ingredient, this year's unique creation has quietly come to fruition. The theme for 2026 is "Japanese Tea x Fruit Jelly Chocolates."
Matcha, Sencha, Hojicha—
The aroma, umami, and lingering finish of these three types of Japanese tea. We meticulously identified the distinct characteristics of each and layered them with jelly chocolates that capture the essence of fruit.
