商品到着後14日以内であれば返品を承ります。

・未使用であること

・商品タグ・付属品が揃っていること

・元の状態であること

以下の商品は返品できません。

・セール商品

・オーダーメイド商品

・使用済み商品

・食品・消耗品

 

◎ 返品送料はお客様負担となります。

当店の不備（誤配送・初期不良）の場合は当店が送料を負担いたします。

返品商品確認後、5営業日以内に返金処理を行います。

Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

Sale items, customized products, used items, food, and consumable products cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
