"Raiden" is a "Guri-cha" (Tamaryokucha) that revives the flavor cherished in the Izumo region during the mid-Meiji period, brought back to life today through expert firing techniques. Unlike typical sencha, it undergoes a more thorough firing process, bringing out the inherent characteristics of the tea leaves to create a fragrant aroma and a deep, rich flavor.

When brewed with hot water, you can enjoy its strong and profound taste for 2 to 3 infusions. However, for summer, we recommend cold brewing Raiden. By slowly steeping it over time, you can savor the mellow sweetness unique to Guri-cha and a refreshing aftertaste.
