San'eido's signature Gold Castella is made with eggs from Shimane Prefecture and two types of wheat flour from Hokkaido, with a single artisan overseeing the entire process from preparation to baking. This is the "Matcha Gold Castella," sold exclusively at Nakamura Chaho. It is made using freshly ground matcha from our own factory. We are accepting reservations until the end of April. Deliveries will begin on May 1st. Please note that if you purchase this product with other items, all items will be shipped after May 1st. This product can also be prepared with Mother's Day packaging. If you wish for this, please indicate it in the remarks column.
