“Natanenosato” (Rapeseed Village), named by Matsudaira Fumai, is one of Fumai's three famous confections. It is a signature confection passed down through the Saneido family, with rakugan (dried sugar candy) depicting white butterflies fluttering in a spring rapeseed field. We have cut “Natanenosato” into easy-to-eat dice-sized pieces and placed them in a cute small box with butterfly-shaped higashi (dry confectionery) as an accompaniment.
