"Hamacha," a beloved tea from Shimane Prefecture, is made from a leguminous plant called Senna obtusifolia. It has long been known as a medicinal tea useful for eye strain, constipation, and its diuretic properties. We have blended it with "Bancha" (roasted green tea) after roasting it to a fragrant finish. In the Izumo region, it has been consumed as a health tea since ancient times. It can be enjoyed hot or cold-brewed.
