This is Saneido's exquisite Gold Castella, made with a blend of two types of eggs from Shimane Prefecture and flour from Hokkaido, carefully prepared by a single artisan from preparation to baking.
This is the "Matcha Gold Castella," sold exclusively at Nakamura Chaho.It is made using freshly ground matcha from our own factory.
We are accepting reservations until the end of April. Deliveries will begin on May 1st.*Please note that if purchased with other items, shipping will be after May 1st.
