This year, with the cooperation of Chef Kowari, chocolatier at "KOWARI" in Matsue City, we have created a limited edition Japanese tea chocolate for 2026.
The theme for 2026 is "Japanese Tea × Fruit Jelly Chocolates."
Utilizing the unique characteristics of three types of Japanese tea—matcha, sencha, and hojicha—and combining them with jelly chocolates that encapsulate fruit flavors, we have created a rich and complex taste.
