運送政策

当店では、以下の条件に従って商品を発送いたします。

発送時期

ご注文確認後、通常3〜5営業日以内に商品を発送いたします。

ただし、商品の在庫状況、注文内容、繁忙期、休業日その他の事情により、通常より発送に時間を要する場合があります。

国内配送

日本国内への配送には、以下の配送会社を利用します。

ゆうパック
ヤマト運輸
佐川急便

配送会社は、商品、配送先その他の条件に応じて当店が指定します。

国内配送料

送料は、お届け先の地域によって異なります。
下記の送料は、1配送先・1回のご注文に適用される税込金額です。

送料無料となるご注文金額

島根県・鳥取県へのお届け
1配送先の商品合計金額が5,400円（税込）以上の場合、送料無料となります。
上記以外の地域へのお届け
1配送先の商品合計金額が10,800円（税込）以上の場合、送料無料となります。

※複数のお届け先を指定される場合は、お届け先ごとに送料を計算します。
※一部の離島については、別途送料をご案内する場合があります。

海外配送

海外への配送には、原則としてDHLを利用します。

発送後のお届けまでの目安は、通常3〜14営業日です。

ただし、お届け先の国または地域、通関手続、現地の配送事情、天候その他の事情により、通常より時間を要する場合があります。

また、国または地域、商品その他の条件によっては、海外への配送をお受けできない場合があります。

追跡番号

追跡番号が発行される配送方法については、商品発送後、追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。

関税・輸入税等

海外への配送に際して、関税、輸入税、付加価値税、通関手数料その他の費用が発生する場合があります。

これらの費用は、当店が負担する旨を別途表示している場合を除き、お客様のご負担となります。

税金、関税その他の取扱いについては、お届け先の国または地域の法令および制度に従います。

お届け先住所について

お客様は、ご注文時に正確なお届け先情報をご入力ください。

住所の入力誤り、不足その他お客様側の事情により商品をお届けできず、再発送が必要となった場合、再発送にかかる送料その他の費用はお客様のご負担となります。

また、お客様側の事情により商品が当店へ返送された場合には、発送および返送に要した送料、手数料その他当店に実際に発生した費用をご負担いただく場合があります。

配送の遅延

天候、災害、交通事情、通関手続、配送事業者の事情その他当店の合理的な管理を超える事由により、商品の発送または配送に遅延が生じる場合があります。

Shipping Policy

We ship orders in accordance with the following conditions.

Processing Time

Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Processing may take longer depending on product availability, order details, peak periods, holidays, or other circumstances.

Domestic Shipping within Japan

For deliveries within Japan, we use the following carriers:

Japan Post (Yu-Pack)
Yamato Transport

The carrier will be selected by us depending on the product, destination, and other shipping conditions.

International Shipping

For international orders, we generally use DHL.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is approximately 3–14 business days.

Delivery may take longer depending on the destination country or region, customs procedures, local delivery conditions, weather, or other circumstances.

International shipping may not be available to certain countries or regions or for certain products.

Tracking Information

For shipping methods that provide tracking, tracking information will be sent by email after your order has been shipped.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated by us, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The assessment and collection of taxes, duties, and other charges are subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or other circumstances attributable to the customer, any additional shipping costs required for reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.

If a shipment is returned to us due to circumstances attributable to the customer, we may require the customer to reimburse the shipping charges, return shipping charges, handling fees, and other costs actually incurred by us.

Delivery Delays

Shipment or delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, customs procedures, circumstances affecting delivery service providers, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
